The Hashgraph Association ("THA") and The Hashgraph Group ("THG") are aware of the legal complaint filed by Hedera Hashgraph, LLC in the Supreme Court of the State of New York. This matter is taken seriously, and each entity is working closely with their legal counsel to review the claims and respond through the appropriate legal channels.
