SCHWYZ, Switzerland – 12th June 2026 – The Hashgraph Group (THG), a leading Web3 and AI technology engineering company operating within the Hedera ecosystem, today announced the appointment of Deepak Lalan as Chief Operating Officer (COO). The appointment strengthens the company's leadership as it continues to scale and commercialize its Hashgraph for Enterprise (H4E)® product offering for enterprise and government clients worldwide.

Deepak has more than two decades of experience in large-scale digital transformation, enterprise architecture, sovereign digital identity, and emerging technologies. Prior to joining THG, Deepak held senior roles at Accenture during his 20-year tenure, where he contributed to major digital transformation initiatives, including working on India’s Aadhaar program, and later led efforts spanning enterprise platforms, cloud, data, blockchain, AI, and other emerging technologies.

He moves into the new executive role from a senior regional leadership position across Asia-Pacific, where he spearheaded advisory, business development, and ecosystem engagement for enterprise-grade solutions built on Hedera. Among his major achievements since joining THG, Deepak led the establishment of THG’s fully operational Global Capability Centre (GCC), spanning India (Bangalore), Morocco (Casablanca), and select European locations.
