The Hashgraph Association ("THA") and The Hashgraph Group ("THG") are aware of the legal complaint filed by Hedera Hashgraph, LLC in the Supreme Court of the State of New York.

This matter is taken seriously, and each entity is working closely with their legal counsel to review the claims and respond through the appropriate legal channels. Both are committed to vindicating their rights so they can continue doing what they do best: supporting the growth and success of the Hedera ecosystem.

Since their founding, THA and THG have been dedicated to advancing Hedera ecosystem development by supporting startups, enterprises, and institutions building real-world applications on the network. This work represents significant value creation for Hedera that has delivered:
